OUR EXPERIENCE
Our office staff has over 25 years experience in the residential construction industry with 14 years specifically in grading and landscaping. We have worked closely with the surveying companies as well as Edmonton and surrounding area inspectors. Our owner/operators have a personal investment to ensure that the work is completed as efficiently and correctly the first time round. From start to finish we offer professionalism, experience and an overall pride in the work we complete in our communities.

Owner
Jamie is the owner of LandCo and has been in the residential construction business since her early 20s. For the first 10 years, she worked for the builder, which gave her invaluable insight into what both the builder and the homeowner needed. After that, she worked as a trade partner in grading and landscaping, which she has been doing now for 15 years.
Loyalty and quality of work are her main priority. It was from these core values that LandCo Earthworks & Consulting was born. Grading and landscaping is a very unique trade with specific requirements that must be followed to complete the work properly. At LandCo, we always take the time to explain the process so that the client has a complete understanding of the work involved. Communication is key!
